States in India that have banned online poker

The cash games for PokerCircle are not available in the states of Gujarat, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The applicable laws of these states put restrictions on the online games involving monetary stakes. Consequently, individuals residing in Gujarat, Assam, Nagaland, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will not be able to access PokerCircle for playing cash games.
